Very upset Great looking game but cannot play

I bought this game because it looks interesting and on the App Store it say it has 2 languages..English and Spanish ….however whilst the Signs on buildings are in English all the Dialogue is in Spanish which I cannot read….So I cannot play.
 App Store will not refund my payment as there is also a free version …but I paid ! Second game I cannot play in 20 mins and App Store will not refund ..,Beware!

Where’s the English option?! I started game and it was automatically Spanish ..can’t read Spanish and don’t see any other option to find the language setting help
