No Email Verification!
This app, after repeated attempt to get a verification email sent to me, and I wrote them a message about it, send me a strange message, claiming that I could somehow send a verification email from myself and to myself, but there’s no understand understanding of how that could work, and after I called Apple and explained this to them and showed them their reply to me, they agreed with me that there is no basis of understanding that text reply they gave me and they have now forwarded a ticket to The department that verifies apps and they should be sending a request over to them to establish a way to verify our emails, particularly to perhaps only, proton mail account holders, or else they could end up losing their app on the Apple Store or other possible actions! So if you’re not able to get a verification email, don’t bother writing to them because they’ll only give you a really bizarre reply and just wait, because it’ll either finally get with the program or they will disappear!

Overcharge
Sent one text one time on a trial and the app just kept charging. Even though there was no money they kept a tab and built up a huge amount and I am blocked from all apps u til I pay for a service I never used. What happened to the days when u didn’t have money T pay and the app would just stop working g no they now force you o to payments.

NOT free.
I thought this was supposed to be free for the basic app, but when I tried logging in for the first time, it’s free for ONE week and then it is $4.99 / week. I’m sure it’s a great app, but I don’t know that I want to pay $20 a month for it.
Free Trial is not true
There’s no free trial. After selecting the 7 days trial, my credit card was charged right away
Could be more explanatory
I paid the subscription and found out after I could not get a line number through them. Cancelled subscription after a few minutes but the subscription will be up to this day next year and if I want to re enroll I have to pay for it again. But the thing is it is not what I thought it was when I uploaded and subscribed. I should be charged only for the day used.

No customer support
I have the plus subscription which is supposed to get me priority customer support but it’s been almost a week since I reported an issue and I’ve heard nothing from them

Not working
According to app it should work on my device. Unable to use after last update. App continues to spin no matter what device I use. Deleted and reinstalled the app and it didn’t take care of the issue. Please assist. No helpful response yet. Might need a new update. Awesome app when it works

At first i thought it was too good to be true, a free app where its screenshot proof, and messages delete and where you can be anonymous. I used it and tested every part everything works, its legit i feel so safe here im able to say anything i want without worrying about it getting leaked or exposed

Confide has gone way downhill…
The phone app was updated to a new look…since then it has been a cludgy interface, slow responsiveness, and delayed messages by several minutes. Further, the Mac desktop app has stopped working (yes, on every model we have here) and multiple emails to support have gone unanswered. At one point we were seriously considering purchasing the subscription, but in light of recent developments, there is no way we can trust this company anymore.

Useless
Won’t allow me to use my phone number. Says it’s an invalid number and it absolutely isn’t. Just an ordinary US based iPhone number, but nope.

App works well as intended. Have had issues getting into my account after switching phones and Support has ignored me.
