App support is atrocious...
It's never been very good or reliable, when it did work at one point it loaded up a map of someone else's home, allowed me to start their robot and watch it start to move, until I guess the owners thought "what the heck!" And put it back, at which point I could do it again! I had so much fun that I forgot to vacuum out floor!
Now on iOS15 it simply doesn't log you in or logs you out immediately so you can't use it.

Appalling
App keeps losing stored house map and needs to be re-trained. Robot constantly gets stuck in corners. It takes so much time to supervise the robot that it is pointless getting this. Rubbish
