Do not buy
One star is too much ! Customer service is non existent! don’t buy this product it last just over a year, I had a cheaper make and model that lasted twice as long and was better battery life.
Sort your app out!
Sort your app out and stop over selling a product so that without appropriate access and usability of its app is worthless!
Horrible experience
After working decently for few months the machine stopped connecting to the app. That’s it. The machine may work well, but this application made mine unusable. And no one is offering support from Cecotec. I’ll try to sell the vacuum and never buy their stuff again.
Very poor app
Great robot work well for big house however the app keep losing the net connection however the Nat work there i have to keep

Awful
From the specifications the robot has so much potential but it falls down with the app. They don’t work together, the robot does as it pleases despite no go zones/ room restrictions and if left unsupervised happily mops your carpets until the battery runs out
