Do not buy
One star is too much ! Customer service is non existent! don’t buy this product it last just over a year, I had a cheaper make and model that lasted twice as long and was better battery life.
Sort your app out!
Sort your app out and stop over selling a product so that without appropriate access and usability of its app is worthless!
Horrible experience
After working decently for few months the machine stopped connecting to the app. That’s it. The machine may work well, but this application made mine unusable. And no one is offering support from Cecotec. I’ll try to sell the vacuum and never buy their stuff again.
Very poor app
Great robot work well for big house however the app keep losing the net connection however the Nat work there i have to keep

Awful
From the specifications the robot has so much potential but it falls down with the app. They don’t work together, the robot does as it pleases despite no go zones/ room restrictions and if left unsupervised happily mops your carpets until the battery runs out
Adequate, but poor usability and scheduling doesn’t work
The basics just about work once you’ve figured out, by trial and error, the weird usability decisions the designers have used. Editing maps for example is extremely unintuitive, as is finding how to get to the editor if you foolishly declined the chance to edit first time. Perhaps the designers could do some user research to discover for themselves just how confusing everything is.
The developers have solved the nighttime scheduling problems, but now I find the robot simply chooses not to clean. It stops with “cleaning completed 0.0m2 in 5 minutes” or sometimes cleans just a bit “cleaning completed 14.8m2 in 13 minutes” when there is 60m2 to clean. It just stops part way through and thinks it is done. This makes the robot pretty useless. I will be returning it unless things improve —- and, months later, it is as buggy as ever so yes will have to return the robot. The developers seem not to care given lack of response to dozens of emails with clear examples of the problems.

El robot funciona bastante bien pero esta aplicación hace la experiencia horrible.
Pierde los mapas de la casa repentinamente. Tiene errores por todas parte. Incluso texto “lorem ipsum” bajo varias opciones...
Algunas opciones de menú están en español otras en inglés. Si deslizas para borrar una limpieza de tu historia, borra otra.
Vamos una caca 100%.
Considerando tirarla a la basura porque no se si es justo vendérsela a alguien y que se sientan defraudados como me siento yo...

Great device let down by dreadful App
We are very pleased with the device itself, and I imagine in a simple one level apartment it would be fine. However, for anything more complex (e.g. a large multilevel house) the app is so poor and buggy it means a lot of the more advanced functionality (saving maps, defining rooms, using on different floors, setting schedules) just doesn’t work as advertised. It’s a shame because the actual device is great. The manufacturer really needs to sort it out.

Worst ever and most frustrating app. Disastrous.
This app is the worst thing I’ve ever seen. It’s buggy, lacks basic functionality, the few things you can do doesn’t really work and usability and the experience of use is beyond frustrating, specially when editing a map, editing the rooms and saving the map. Also lacks basic OS integration.
