i went to good catch. this apps . they told me is only use for take out. not for eating for restaurants. seriously i don’t know this work. i went to restaurants under their chains… but u can’t get points. some employees don’t really know how it works.. they have asked the manager. i suppose get couple from the apps. somehow is gone.. if i can only use for take out. why don’t i use other Uber eats or other apps to order n deliver to my home.

Personal data is not secure
Love Congee Queen but if you use your real phone number on this app, expect to receive dozens of scam calls after ordering. 3 different numbers (different people) and all started receiving scam calls after using the app.
can’t even open the app
after downloading the app not working. it doesn’t showing data. only can open in wifi.. the restaurant doesn’t provide wifi… please fix it
No support for latest iPhones and current iOS
App doesn’t support iPhone 16 or iOS 18. Trying to open this app it just says “We’re sorry.” App page says it hasn’t been updated since August 2024.

Fire you app developer, the app sucks.
Fail to do transactions for 7 times, for the 7th time i try to make an order with the coupon, it still said transaction failed, but the coupon shown as “used” and I did not receive any noti telling me the order details. For the 8th time, I get back into the restaurant i selected to see if there is any order history but I see nothing. Now my bank accout shown 7 pending transactions and I hope they won’t process since I did not complete any of the transaction. You app sucked with the poor logic.

I used a fake name to sign up yesterday and made an order. Today I got scam call from “Costco” with my phone number and my fake name. Be aware
WARNING ! DO NOT USE THIS APP
They will charge your credit card without giving you order. When you call them, they said they didn’t get the order, and they cannot do anything about it. You have to dispute with your credit card company.

There was a glitch and the coupon didn’t work. No where to get any support. Staff was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience but the app developer should look into this
