Deposit Problems
I constantly have problems getting the app to work on taking pictures of checks on mobile deposit. It often will work on one side but then trying to get the other side the app won’t work no matter how many times I try. I touch the screen to take the picture and nothing. Like it’s frozen. Sometimes it kicks me out entirely and i have to re-sign in. I delete and reload the app. I try different backgrounds. Nothing works consistently well. Time waster and very frustrating!!

Basic functions are simple to use. Can handle all routine banking functions with the app. Finding Zelle function isn’t so easy. Visual appearance of app could be updated.

The app does all that I need it to do. Photo deposit of checks. Pay my credit cards via transfer.
