Hi — sorry for the confusion here. Conjure uses Apple’s standard App Store purchase flow, so any charge, pending authorization, cancellation, or refund is handled directly through your Apple account, not through a separate website. You can review purchases or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or check Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If you still think something was charged incorrectly, please contact Apple Support since developers don’t have access to Apple billing or payment details. For app-related help, you can also reach us through the Support tab inside Conjure or email us directly at conjure-support@buzzfeed.com.

Sorry you had a bad experience — that’s not what we want. We’ve made fixes since version 1.0.4, so please make sure you’re on the latest version of Conjure. If you’re still seeing glitches, you can reach us through the Support tab in the app or at conjure-support@buzzfeed.com so we can look into it.
