Hi — sorry for the confusion here. Conjure uses Apple’s standard App Store purchase flow, so any charge, pending authorization, cancellation, or refund is handled directly through your Apple account, not through a separate website. You can review purchases or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or check Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If you still think something was charged incorrectly, please contact Apple Support since developers don’t have access to Apple billing or payment details. For app-related help, you can also reach us through the Support tab inside Conjure or email us directly at conjure-support@buzzfeed.com.

Sorry you had a bad experience — that’s not what we want. We’ve made fixes since version 1.0.4, so please make sure you’re on the latest version of Conjure.
