Upsetting Ads, Meh Content
I’m a millennial who loved Buzzfeed back in its heyday and simply can’t kick the habit. Except when the truly body-horror ads that pop up finally get me to close the damn app. Graying teeth and receding gum lines, wax coming out of ears - every two swipes you’re hit with a disturbing, nightmare fuel image while attempting to doomscroll your way to numbness. Don’t download this app.

Terrible Version
This update of BuzzFeed is terrible I don’t like it take it back to the old version to many colors and the setup is dumb especially for my quizzes.
Dumb decision to remove in-app notification centre
Getting Rid of the in-app Notif...
Removing the notification menu that was in the app, the little notification bell that you could click to see who interacted with your comments was the most ridiculous and unnecessary decision. I don't even want to comment and interact now because I can't see the replies or likes unless I dig through the
"all comments" section on my profile. This was such a stupid thing to take away, because interacting was my favourite part and now that I can't even really do that fully I don't even see myself using the app anymore so great work buzzfeed
