I am using connect broadband for more than 3 years, my personal experience is very good , instant technical solution , very easy and fast bill payment through app and very polite customer service support staff , excellent network i had never complained again network speed. Pathetic Service by Connect Broadband!
My internet has been down for more than 10 days, and despite several complaints, no one has fixed it. A technician even told me openly that “we are on strike because Connect hasn’t paid our salaries”. Why should customers who pay bills on time suffer because of the company’s mismanagement?
Instead of resolving the issue, the team keeps lying about “technical upgradation” in my area. This is nothing but negligence, dishonesty, and zero accountability. Extremely disappointed!

One of the most fraudulent wifi services providers
My personal reason iss i have 2 connections from the same company and the services are very poor

If i am paying for full month service and the wifi is working only 8 days and still the want me to pay full amount . After paying it also and calling for disconnecting the connection they still not disconnecting the service they are generating new bills for no reasons

Poor service
Since I’ve got the connection, no one is bothered to show basic ethics of customer service the team just randomly calls you again and again for paying the bills this month. Recent incident, a lady connected with me over call to pay the bill even when there was almost 5 to 6 days, left to the due date post that she shared the scanner to make the payment to which I paid, and now the payment is not being reflected on the app and there again calling me again and again and texting me to pay the bill to which I connected with one of the lady who called me and explained her that have already made the payment to which she replied, ki Yahan to reflect Nahi Ho rahi Hai, to which I then shared her, the screenshot of the UPI payment to which she replied, I have no idea, and it is not reflecting but then I explained her that the due date is in three days and post that I’ll be charged the late fee to which she replied that. Don’t worry. Once you charged the late fee. I will leave it off. in next month, rather than providing a solution, Tejas keep on running from the real issues and keep manipulating me.

Change of plan at their own
I m using connect internet since long. First problem is that link of internet breaks very frequently which is huge problem in video meetings, inspite of complaints they could not resolve issue and said they can only provide services like this. Now they increased my bill and changed plan at their own. Choose wisely. Don’t go for connect internet. Must try other option. They waste your time again and again.
