Off-late the sbi rewards have been worse . Points redeemed towards bill payments are getting failed after 2 days of pending transactions . Not reliable . Though the biggest bank in India but reliability is zero .

Worst rewards other than any bank and other reward related service. No clear indication of where and when points will be accumulated or posted or available for redemption.
The reward products are like toy
I have ordered a manicure and pedicure box but I received a box with non usable tools like nail cutter scissor and others. Believe me u can’t cut a baby’s nail with the stuffs. They are cheating in the name of reward, so don’t buy anything from the reward store instead recharge or bill pay.
Lacks features
I see my reward points but no monetary value associated with it and how much will reward points cover for each purchases or bill payment is absent. Make app simple effective and speak in terms of money this is a financial app not a cricket card app.
