Extremely frustrating and practically useless!
The SBI Rewardz app is honestly one of the most disappointing apps I have used. The app barely works, and most of the features advertised are either completely unusable or fail when you actually try to use them.
The app provides multiple options to redeem points — booking bus tickets, movie tickets, shopping, and more — but what is the point of having all these features if they simply don’t work when a customer actually tries to use them?
Even the Scan & Pay feature is practically useless. It doesn’t work properly either, making it extremely difficult to redeem the points that SBI itself provides.
And the worst part is the customer support. Instead of actually investigating and resolving the issue, they keep giving the same scripted responses repeatedly. You explain the problem, and you get the same generic response without any real solution.
If SBI Rewardz doesn’t actually want customers to redeem their points, why provide all these redemption options in the first place?
Customers spend money using SBI services and earn these points expecting to be able to use them. Providing redemption options that don’t work is incredibly frustrating and misleading.
Please fix the app and, more importantly, fix the redemption system and customer support. Customers need actual solutions, not repeated scripted replies.

Fraudulent transactions
It’s so bad that my points are getting redeemed without my notice.. Also, today when I was trying making a purchase using rewards points as well money from my bank account, the transaction was declined with all my rewards points 8670 disappearing from the account … its is really annoying and frustrating… This banking is totally unfair. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at earliest.

DTH Recharge option is not working most of the times. What is the use of accumulating the points without the ability to redeem them what we want?
Bill pay option not showing
Dear SBI reward Support,
I am facing an issue with my SBI Rewards account. The Bill Pay option is not visible , due to which I am unable to use this service.
I have already tried logging out and logging in again, updating the app, and checking from different devices, but the issue still persists.
Kindly investigate this issue and enable the Bill Pay option in my as soon as possible.

Useless
Off-late the sbi rewards have been worse . Points redeemed towards bill payments are getting failed after 2 days of pending transactions . Not reliable . Though the biggest bank in India but reliability is zero .
