Off-late the sbi rewards have been worse . Points redeemed towards bill payments are getting failed after 2 days of pending transactions . Not reliable . Though the biggest bank in India but reliability is zero .

The reward products are like toy
I have ordered a manicure and pedicure box but I received a box with non usable tools like nail cutter scissor and others. Believe me u can’t cut a baby’s nail with the stuffs. They are cheating in the name of reward, so don’t buy anything from the reward store instead recharge or bill pay.
Lacks features
I see my reward points but no monetary value associated with it and how much will reward points cover for each purchases or bill payment is absent. Make app simple effective and speak in terms of money this is a financial app not a cricket card app.
Not authentic
This company is not doing its work with honesty. They credit the points in such a way that you can’t buy DTH subscription. This is pure cheating in the name of reward points.

Reducing of reward points
As I had 3889 reward points worth Rs 796 but the same have been reduced to 0 points. Please let me know the reason.

I lost my money when i tried to redeem via mobile recharge .
I tried to contact the customer service and still no response from their side. I would recommend no one to use this app and never to redeem the points!
