Got rid of the best feature
They got rid of one of the most useful features, which was being able to see everyone that lived in the common properties and their profiles. Bring back the old app, or at least this feature.

Messaging function constantly fails to work. The only way to fix it is by deleting the app and re-downloading
Worst app ever
This is the worst app/website ever. You can’t login on mobile because when the keyboard pops up the text box goes out of view.
A waste of time, energy, and resources
This app is the most pointless thing ever. It’s literally just a bunch of random community events no one goes to being posted and a group chat of people in the building talking nonsense.
Needs an update
App is good but it lags a lot so I think an update would help

I don’t want to go to events with my neighbors, and I’m uncomfortable with them being able to look me up on here. It’s crazy that you can’t delete your account, and whoever thought this up should be canned.
Know what I want from an app made by the company that manages my apartment? I want to be able to pay my rent and bills, see past payments, open maintenance tickets, see past tickets, and review my leasing documents.

Horrible App
I forgot my password. Tried to enter one two times and got locked out. So I went to forget password, but the link sent to my email doesn’t take me to a page to reset my password. Absolutely horrible.
App Logo
Your ‘New Logo’ is the same as Team Farang’s logo. (They’re a Clothing/Parkour/Freerunning Brand) It’s literally the same, just rotated to the left.
