READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Got this app thinking it work on my car. Turnes out my car was too old for the app. So I canceled and requested a refund immediately like within hr. Was charged 2 months even after I canceled my subscription. I couldn’t requested a refund with Apple cause it was still pending for some reason even after it was taking out my card 3 times. This was in May when I got it. Here we are July and it finally went through but charged me AGAIN!!! I emailed the app but it won’t go through!! I contact Apple to see if they can refund me but they said they can’t cause it’s showing pending on their side. GO FIGURE!!! Whats the complaint service number!!!

Bought this and it wasn’t compatible. Cancelled immediately and still charged and won’t give me a refund. I emailed the developer directly so we will see if they acknowledge me. Also apple support was very rude when I wanted to escalate things. one customer service agent told me I’m wasting my time and the other one tried mansplaining how they’re billing works instead of addressing the issue which was the refund request.

We apologize for the compatibility failure and your refund difficulty. Apple manages all transactions and refund decisions directly, not developers. We have no access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds. Please continue to pursue your refund request with Apple Support, as they control all billing.
Do not buy this
Been trying to reach them since day one. Their support brings you to a fake page. No number to call or email to write cause it just gets blocked or bounces back.
A bit of a scam tbh
£10 a month, this is everything that’s wrong with modern apps. I can’t use it until I “subscribe”, I’m not sure I want it, I like the idea but I ain’t paying £10 a month for an app that doesn’t really do anything.
Charge a fee for your app, stop calling it a subscription, I can’t ever see if it works with my car before I pay.

I paid the subscription only to find out it doesn’t work for 2018 Honda Civic then when I tried to email them about getting my money back it was a fake email address and when you try to contact someone through the app it sends you to a completely different website. Don’t waste your time and especially money with these deceptive people!

We apologize for the frustrating experience with your 2018 Honda Civic. We patched a specific protocol bug for Honda models in our latest update. Please update the app to connect instantly. Apple controls all transactions and handles refunds directly. We cannot issue refunds. You can request one securely via your Apple ID purchase history.

If there can’t be so much as a one day test of this app, before paying for it, I simply smell a scam. No way I’m paying in advance; I want to test it!

Doesn’t Work
I have been trying to get a refund because the app doesn’t work. I payed for a yearly plan because I thought it was a good deal, only for it not to connect to my car. When I click the link to get a refund it takes me to a completely different website. I have tried to email them and it seems that the email doesn’t exist anymore. So now I don’t know who to contact or how to get my money back.

Does not work and can’t get a refund
This app will absolutely not connect to my car, despite the information given claiming that it is compatible. I have not been able to get any kind of response from the company and Apple refused my request for a refund. So, be cautious before subscribing.
