If you want your loved ones to wait 2 weeks or more for their mail, then this is the perfect app to use. Not only are they slow, they are very expensive. I don’t have the time to write and print out pics. I have been using this as an backup app. Jail mail is now gone and was way faster. Someone please help me find a better app.

App is pretty good. Very convenient. Especially for me since I don't have time to actually sit down and write a letter. Never had any issues and I've been using it for like 2yrs.

I successfully sent a letter to a friend in Oregon prison.
The inmate received my letter and my picture that I sent them through this app. App sent me a copy to my email alerting me of the dat the letter was sent.

Massey is a mess
My "loved one" never received the pictures that I sent. Upon asking for support Karen Massey emailed me twice asking me to resend the information. I never got a response from her. It's better to just go through regular mail. Not one star from me. And I keep getting emails asking for my card information and email address BBB needs to be contacted asap
