If you want your loved ones to wait 2 weeks or more for their mail, then this is the perfect app to use. Not only are they slow, they are very expensive. I donβt have the time to write and print out pics. I have been using this as an backup app. Jail mail is now gone and was way faster. Someone please help me find a better app.

Good
App is pretty good. Very convenient. Especially for me since I don't have time to actually sit down and write a letter. Never had any issues and I've been using it for like 2yrs.

I successfully sent a letter to a friend in Oregon prison.
The inmate received my letter and my picture that I sent them through this app. App sent me a copy to my email alerting me of the dat the letter was sent.

Massey is a mess
My "loved one" never received the pictures that I sent. Upon asking for support Karen Massey emailed me twice asking me to resend the information. I never got a response from her. It's better to just go through regular mail. Not one star from me. And I keep getting emails asking for my card information and email address BBB needs to be contacted asap

My love always gets his mail from here I haven't had any problems. I've sent 9 sets of 5 pictures in one day.

They took my money out quickly so I will come back & review again if he doesn't get what I sent. If he does I will use this app every month and refer people. I hate writing and it's so convenient to be able to type a letter & send 2 pics from my iPhone. It's also very affordable. Saves time too

Very convenient. I've sent 5 letters and they have all gotten to my inmate. Only complaint I have is that it takes at least 5 days for them to get it and you can't track the mail.

It's great!!! My jailbirds say they love it . He say the pictures are big but the quality is great and it takes a lil while to get to them but all and all its really good ... Cuz I don't have time to make store runs for stamps and photos...

I send my big brother some letters and pictures it was easier than going to the post office or trying to mall them , great app
Love it
Makes it easier to send letters without having to go to the post office. Type the letter on your phone and press send. Only thing I would ask for is the option to send money to your loved one through the app, that would be perfect. Thank you to whoever came up with this idea!
No photos
Several Times I have sent photos and they were never received attempted to contact customer service to know avail. I suggest you use another photo service because your family member will be sitting on the other end of the line waiting for the photos that will never arrive. Better believe they will charge your credit card though...

First choice
The app is great, it's cheap and gets the job done. I've only had one problem where I've sent 5 pictures and my man didn't get them but I wrote them about it and it took a few days but they always respond, the re-sent the pictures to him and reimbursed me my money. I would recommend this app to anyone with a loved one behind bars

Can't create OutMate
I have a loved one who is an OutMate. I was under the influence in my room and my dad just told me that you have no idea what to wear. The fact that the government of the best thing ever when the first half. I'm not sure what I want a relationship with my mom. I love it and it was the first time since I've seen a lot of people.

EXCEPTIONAL
I haven't had the time to write my family in jail on actual paper anymore not that I don't love them it's just who has the time these days to make all these stops to the post office stand in line and etc. When I just just sent a letter to my family through this app. And he received it already as well as my pictures. I recommend it get two thumbs up and five stars
