Once you sign up for Boomtown your problems disappear. They understand the model and have built the perfect solution for any and all service industry blunders. Internet goes out, POS goes down, or electricity cable goes out all I have to do is tap a button and it gets fixed.

My internet connection was down and so I contacted Boomtown using the app on my iPhone, and within seconds I was in a video chat with an expert who ran me through troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Great service with friendly, professional representatives!
