Useless App
App no longer provides notifications of arms, disarms or alarms, making it quite useless. When I contacted support they said it was Apple’s fault.
Blank Screen
Suddenly having issue in evening when setting alarm. I open app and only get blank screen. I have re-opened and rebooted but problem persists. In daytime seems to work.
Logged off
App does not keep you logged in. Unable to recognize your user name and password. What’s next?
Terrible app
Easily the worst app I have ever used. The delay time to Armin disarm. My alarm is several minutes. The app has shown off-line for several months now and there’s nothing I can do to fix it. Even when it worked, it was terrible. Updates come out so infrequently (years apart) that I’m sure it’s very vulnerable to hackers. I wish the small alarm company I use would choose something else.

New IOS support??
Notifications no longer work after latest IOS update. Any plans to update your software? Or just another developer who doesn’t care once the app is downloaded.
Status screen home button
Recent update caused the home button on the status screen to sit behind the time, on iPhone 12 making the button unreachable to go to the apps home screen. Please advise if it is a phone setting or app issue?

New version lags
Turn alarm off on iPhone app and you can’t count on it actually doing it. Screen notification rarely works so walk into building setting off the alarm. Just happened to me 3 minutes after opening the alarm. I’m reinstalling the app. See if that fixes.
Not good
New updated app screen is not good. Buttons at top cannot be pressed as they are behind time and battery button on iPhone. Also not able to change password or name of alarm device. Please fix this.
Does not refresh
App does not refresh. After entering the code the App does not refresh so have to quit the App and rerun it sometimes many times.

Buttons do not work
After the update the buttons at the top of the screen like the home button do not work. Also the screen shots they submitted are not of the actual application.
Initial 2.0 launch is somehow worse than 1.0
Literally the same visuals as 1.0 but less optimized somehow, on a 14 pro the island blocks part of the screen now, the edges are no longer optimized so there’s black areas and the top corner buttons for like home are blocked by the time and battery on the display so they are not able to be pressed. Somehow they downgraded the app and I don’t like it

I hate this app. We have to use it for our house. There is no automatic refresh in app, so constantly have to open and close app to see what’s actually happening. I wish we had a different option.
2.0 not good
2.0 stretches display across the phone too much. Home button at top left is at the phone edge when in portrait and cannot be pressed unless flip phone landscape.

There’s no option to reset my password? I haven’t used my username/password in 5 years, how the heck am I supposed to remember it.

Problems Logging In
With the newly updated app logo etc, I had to retype in my user name and ID which I forgotten. Following this, I have changed the password on the connect2go.com website but the app now refuses to accept the user ID and new password as correct. Extremely frustrating.
1997 app
The preview look on the apple store app is not the actual visual of connect2go app. Even with the update its still the outdated look and outdated options. Wouldnt recommend
