Useless App
App no longer provides notifications of arms, disarms or alarms, making it quite useless. When I contacted support they said it was Apple’s fault.
Blank Screen
Suddenly having issue in evening when setting alarm. I open app and only get blank screen. I have re-opened and rebooted but problem persists. In daytime seems to work.
Logged off
App does not keep you logged in. Unable to recognize your user name and password. What’s next?
Terrible app
Easily the worst app I have ever used. The delay time to Armin disarm. My alarm is several minutes. The app has shown off-line for several months now and there’s nothing I can do to fix it. Even when it worked, it was terrible. Updates come out so infrequently (years apart) that I’m sure it’s very vulnerable to hackers. I wish the small alarm company I use would choose something else.

New IOS support??
Notifications no longer work after latest IOS update. Any plans to update your software? Or just another developer who doesn’t care once the app is downloaded.
