I always send 1000 rupees with service fees but always went 980 rupees this company took my money

Hello SasaKumal Ji: We do not deduct any amount from our side. When you have a borrowed loan from Telecom -they deduct the loan amount. Feel free to chat with us on Facebook and we can help clarify if any other queries.
Won’t recharge NT CDMA numbers.
Downloaded the app yesterday And came to know it Can’t recharge the NTCDMA numbers, What a disappointment.! I would highly recommend the developers to add this service ASAP.!
Expensive service
It’s easy to pay nepali utility bills online but the exchange rate is very poor, sending money thru WU cost around $5 (in store) for small amount and this service fee is more than $18 for payment of (Rs 10500 around), I saved $12 sending from WU, expensive service. Poor exchange rate.
Satisfied
It’s great that I can recharge phone in Nepal but CDMA can’t be recharged which is painful. Hope to see changes that will able CDMA to be recharged from Sapna ko nation USA🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵
