Net problem
I am continuously facing problems with the internet service of Telecom. I have already complained many times, but the speed is still only around 4 Mbps, which is not satisfactory at all.
If the issue is due to network coverage, then Telecom is requested to improve and expand the network range in Pokhara, Birauta (Hightension Line area).
Despite repeated complaints, there has been no proper or permanent solution. How many times do I need to keep complaining for the same issue?

Disgustingly uneducated so poor customer service and real poor telecom service.
