Net problem
I am continuously facing problems with the internet service of Telecom. I have already complained many times, but the speed is still only around 4 Mbps, which is not satisfactory at all.
If the issue is due to network coverage, then Telecom is requested to improve and expand the network range in Pokhara, Birauta (Hightension Line area).
Despite repeated complaints, there has been no proper or permanent solution. How many times do I need to keep complaining for the same issue?

Disgustingly uneducated so poor customer service and real poor telecom service.
Great app
Once you enter the app, you can immediately see your balance, how much data is left, and the expiry date. Very helpful.

Nepal Telcom App
This is the worst App I’ve ever experienced in my life. The developers are the worst amongst the App developers in the country. When you open the App it’s pops up Updates Available and when you go to App Store no updates are there. And neither Nepal Telcom nor the app developers Kodiary is bothered to fix it.

Typical carelessness
On opening the app a message appears instructing users to update the app. Clicking the box takes one to the app store where there is no new version yet — just the 7 month old one. When you hit “Open” it takes you back to the start up page and the “Please Update” message.
Couldn't even Register
I couldn't register. I put my username and password and it keeps failing. After reading the reviews, I came to know that this issue was faced 4 years ago. Still the same issue. You need to hire new developers for the ios users.
Apps feature
Apps features are very well and easy to use and know the exact data. We being abroad can access and activate our sim. But only things i am concerned about this app is it does not allows us to see our message OTP which are required for different purpose Banking, License Registration and Government app which requires OTP code. So hope Nepal Telecom app will allow us in future to see our message and OTP. That’s all.

Update properly and make user friendly otherwise stop this so called app. stop wasting your time and our time. This is not an app, this is totally nonsense. I don’t recommend to download and use.
Kodiary should be fired by NTC
What a stupid useless app on iOS!!
I can demonstrate side by side where the latest version on Android signs you in successfully and that for iPhone fails with an error massage at the bottom. I have only tried to use the last 2 versions, as of June 9, 2022, on iOS but I bet Kodiary, the developer, has had issues delivering on iOS for a looong time!!!

Can’t even sign up
Exactly as the title says. The “register” button is buried beneath the screen on my iPhone SE, and I can’t tap it in any way.
How am I supposed to access NT’s already poor services if I can’t even get past this basic step 0? Do the incompetent dunces at F1soft even know 16:9 aspect ratio still exists?

No OPT window
3 years and still same, no OPT code to enter to verify account. My grandchildren’s can code better than this. I wish there was no star option for this review. What a waste of my time.
Reinstalling issue
I transferred to a new phone and when I try to log back in I get an error screen. Poor app when you can’t even log in!
Stupid app
It work once and since then I’ve been trying to transfer balance to several numbers bt not working at all. Keep saying error.
