From Best to Useless β What a Joke!
This app used to work like a charmβback when Kulman Ghising was leading the Nepal Electricity Authority. Everything ran smoothly, I paid all my electricity bills without hassle. But of course, our brilliant politicians had to ruin that too by removing someone who actually got things done.
Now? This app is just a piece of junk. Itβs been almost a month and I still canβt use it. It just keeps loading forever and ends with an error. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cursed itβnothing works. Feels like the app is also reflecting the current state of the NEA: broken, slow, and directionless.
