From Best to Useless – What a Joke!
This app used to work like a charm—back when Kulman Ghising was leading the Nepal Electricity Authority. Everything ran smoothly, I paid all my electricity bills without hassle. But of course, our brilliant politicians had to ruin that too by removing someone who actually got things done.
Now? This app is just a piece of junk. It’s been almost a month and I still can’t use it. It just keeps loading forever and ends with an error. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cursed it—nothing works. Feels like the app is also reflecting the current state of the NEA: broken, slow, and directionless.

In my app when i try to pay bills through NEA app always shows no data found on bill check tab nor shows offline paid bills record. Please solve this issue so that we can pay monthly bills through NEA app. Thankyou
Not responsive, always loading
It used be very responsive and the features were great but in the last couple of months, the apps keep stuck in loading. Even after login, the app does not load any user data. Its useless now.
Very smooth
The app does the basic functionality without any issues. The charts helps to determine the changing cost and consumed unit.

Need to Fix New Bill Notifications Issue
I am using this app since long time and there has a tab for notifications but it’s not working. So, please fix this. Your app should have push notifications when new bill was issued. Now we need to check day by day for new bills after meter reading date.
