Poor app that’s not maintained.
Worthless. It won’t even send me email verification to become a member. I’ve tried for over a week. No info on how to fix the issue and 0 help. So this may have been around since 05 but no one serious would use this app with as many issues as it has getting through the first process.

Signed up(so I thought) ….browsing thru site within 5 minutes. I’m kicked out(?!?)…attempted to login app indicates verification email sent..not..several attempts….what gives DEVELOPERS

This “app” never would open but instantly “verified” all my contact info and Iv been swamped with financing spam emails and even worse spam calls non stop! DONT DOWNLOAD AND GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!! They say they’ll send a code to get in the app to your phone=lie. Then they’ll say they’ll send the code to your email= lie. SCAM!!!

Privacy nightmare
Before you can even see if there is no value in this app you need to specify your email and phone number. This app should be banned.
Too many calls from lenders, disappointed
This app has an add on YouTube that you can find discounted properties off market, I’ve got the app and opened an account to find discounted properties, but instead they shared my number with tons of lenders, calling me offering me loans that I don’t need, and the so call discounted properties are no in the app. So disappointed!

Don’t bother
As soon as I downloaded this app. I got calls for people wanting money. I stated I was starting and were looking for investors. Then the company themselves called me repeatedly and didn’t leave voicemail. When I finally answered I told them to take me off their call list this isn’t what they said it was and I was hung up on. Rude people, dishonest and not worth your time. People who run successful businesses are trust worthy and honest. This app screams scam at this point. Don’t do it.

Expect to get numerous calls!
I wanted to check the app out so I downloaded it and created an account. Within 10 mins I had my first call from a lender. After that 3 more about every 5 mins. I’m sure they are not done calling and will receive many more calls. I deleted my account and the app. I get enough spam calls as it is.
Stay away from this app
If I could give it zero stars I would. This app does not connect you to investors like it says. Once you put in your info this app logs you out and can’t sign in again. You then start receiving spam calls and emails trying to get you bank loans, This is a scam app stay away

Save your time, there is nothing beyond downloading the app, it glitches once you enter your email and information to register

I never got a chance to even open the app. It flagged and blocked me before I could even set up an account and sign in. Left messages with support several times and never heard back from anyone. Do not download. Waste of time.
Failed
I installed the app on my iPhone and went through the registration process. Upon entering my map location the app crashed and gave an invalid name format message. Profile not created and water my time. Tried it again 2 more times same result. Not a feature ready professional app until the bugs are fixed.

Friend Request Button doesn’t work!
I can tell that the app is “new”, I can also tell that the creators really want to make the app work better and well, to what extent? Idk yet. With all that being said, why doesn’t the “add friend” button work, am I missing something?
Great idea poor execution
About trying to submit a phone number 4 times only to have the app close on me. I skipped the phone number only to get stuck at the next screen for eternity. It’s still there, spinning!!!
Can’t become a member
Hello! I am entering the world of wholesale and thought this would be a good app to have. However, whenever I would try to become a member, after the app would pinpoint my location to add my radius, it kept coming up with different errors, and I kept trying, thinking that maybe it was glitching, until it said “User and IP is blocked. Contact support.” Please help! I would really like to utilize this app.
