Hardware is ok but app certainly isn’t
hardware installation and manual operation was ok. Couldn’t get the app to establish an account. Kept getting error messages “Objectobject,” whatever that means.
Great Since new products
This app has transformed from a HomeKit app, to one that supports their newer products. Ever since they ditched HomeKit it has been a smoother experience with rich features. If you want HomeKit, just use the Home app.. that is what it is for.
App crashes
App crashes when trying to add an already added device.
Unable to add device
App just crashes every time I attempt to add a device.
Update from Company
Just talked to their support team… They no longer support this product, and it is no longer being made… Time to switch to a better solution.
