Connexus Credit Union…no better way to go!
Credit unions are far better than traditional banks, and Connexus Credit Union is the best of the best!
Their app is easy to use, and provides almost all of the functionality that I need. Their mobile depositing of checks is very easy, and in the rare occasion that I have a check that exceeds their very reasonable daily deposit limit, a simple call to Connexus is all I need to get a temporary approval for my check to be deposited.
I’m a longtime customer who has worked for traditional banks as a young adult, and Connexus is the one institution for my daily checking and savings.
During the financial crisis of the early 2000’s, the banks who were “too big to fail” needed taxpayer bailouts to pay for their bad decisions. Connexus didn’t need to be bailed out. Their management is strong. They make me feel like a valued member of their credit union with every transaction I conduct! Give them and their app a try, you’ll be glad you did!

I would definitely recommend this app as it’s really user friendly

Cards don’t work at least once a month, even if there is money in your account. This is the 5th time now I wasn’t able to order food because of “insufficient funds”which is bs. Don’t waste your time, just go to a different bank…

Ever since I updated the app it won’t open and just stays on the screen that says Connexus Credit Union. No login or anything. I prefer to do my banking this way and it’s frustrating that I cannot.
Fix this please!
The app will not let me past the loading screen when you first open it, it spins, then glitches, and just says “System is not responding, try again later.”
And no matter how many times I try it update the app, it won’t work.

This App is good and I can do everything i need to with ease. Customer service is great as well when needed, they’re super fast at responding when i have an issue.

I love how fast everyone responded to me. I also love how easy it is to get around in the app, everyone is also very understanding of personal ‘issues’ as well.
Hate it
I am tech savvy and this app is glitchy and not easy to use or find things. Which is similar the Connexus business structure.
