Unethical fiduciary
Zelle is supposed to be an option with CCCU but it is not. Also, fees are charged for purchases that were made with available funds, which then puts account at a negative balance! Such a horrible experience with the PFCU/CCCU Merger.
Excellence in banking!
I wasn’t sure what to expect when we switched over from my old banking institution to Consolidated. The transition was seamless. I was able to get help right away with issues I was having with my account, and the mobile app is fantastic!
Notifications are…..slow
I set notifications to alert me in the app whenever there is a deposit. The only time I get the alert is after I open the app and open the account to see recent activity. So I’ve opened the app and see my deposits there and then I suddenly get the alerts. How about I get an alert at the time of the transaction instead of at the exact moment I’m opening the app and looking to see if I’ve gotten any deposits??

Bring back the FICO
I love my credit union and the app, but the FICO score was taken off the app. This has been really helpful in planning my future financial goals, even though it’s only updated a few times a year. Please bring it back!

Great Design
Refreshingly simple to use, great to look at. Quite a bit better than larger bank apps I’ve used. Only downside is that it can be rather slow.
newest app version freezes up after log in
Ever since updating to newest version of the app it freezes whenever using biometric login. I’ve also tried to delete and reinstall app to fix but still no solution. I’ve had to use web version of cccu site ever since updating the app due to this problem.

Love the convenience
On line banking with CCCU has allowed me to live in another state but still have current updated information about my accounts. If I need to call them, not only are they helpful answering my questions but are efficient and courteous.

Year in and out CCCU is working for me. I never feel a chilly distance when we come in contact. Mobile deposits and banking is great.❤️😎

I updated this app, and now it no longer works at all. The link for assistance takes you to an error page on the bank’s website.
