App not showing saved payment method
Online version it is there. App version it is not. Cannot enter it on app because it says it is a duplicate.
Font is too big
The site may be fine, but the font is way too big and I can not see how to make it smaller. Doubt I will ever use the app.

I’m so thankful Constellation built this app, so convenient, easy to use, and…today. I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever an love being able to see things from the amount of usage being used to payments.

This app is useless constantly logging out then when you try to log back in it’s stuck on a screen to download the app even though you already have it

Downloaded the app because I got an email. Logged in and first thing it keeps loading and still waiting over 10 mins. Also, it didn’t ask me for 2FA like web login, so that is a security concern.
Tried again a few days later. It is still loading after logging in. What a disappointment to the development team who built this.

App doesn’t even work
How do y’all drop an app and have it be unresponsive it’s been in maintenance for days now!
Page crash and slow UI
The pages seems to crash and also the UI is very slow and seems like the past billing and payment history is not getting updated.
App is not ready for release
Requires username and password every time I open the app. Pages don’t load, and continuously displays a message stating “Something went wrong. Pull down on screen to reload”.

Not working
It takes forever to display your information (home) then it says something went wrong, pull to refresh.
zip not recognized
I downloaded this app and logged in and it’s asking me to “link an account”. Not sure what that means but when i tried to do that and entered 30005 it says enter a valid 5 digit zip! what!?
Garbage
Does not link accounts properly, extremely slow, and disorganized.

The app still needs some work. It won’t link my account and keeps saying my zip code is invalid.
