Why is it asking me for $5.00 when the app doesn’t indicate anywhere in the store that it is a paid for app? I have no problem paying for apps, but not when it’s done in a dishonest way.

For decades I have suffered with Constipation and no one understands or cares. This App had it all. All my symptoms with beautiful and sometimes funny icons but true to life. It felt at last that someone understands my problem. Now I can take this App findings to better explain my problem to my doctor. Strongly recommend for anyone suffering with Constipation to try and use it. It will change your life !

No in-app purchases but then there's a pop-up window to tell me I need to pay $5. Um … ok … what's up with that? Payment to a 3rd party? Is that ok? I'm not naturally overly cautious but what's up here?
