Every single card i have gotten from this bank has always failed when i try to pay for something i wouldn’t recommend this bank as a main account
Occasional Error
This app is frustrating at times when trying to open gives “this application is violating security “ message. I’ve removed and reinstalled to no avail. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I’ve brought this up to local branch with no resolution. It always happens at the MOST inconvenient times. It’s frustrating to the point I’ve considered changing banks.

App never works
Half the time you can’t login and if you’re lucky enough to get logged in you can’t even make a simple transfer from one account to another.

Love this app. I only dislike you having to go to the main website to do bill pay. Otherwise great app for transfers to and from accounts.

Cannot edit payments
After 2 years, still unable to edit payments with app. Same issue on iPhone 8, iPad Pro, & iPhone 6.
Consumer credit union app won't work
For the last week off and on it wont let me sign in says they can't identify me . What the heck it never had a problem before. I guess it's time to change banks

Not working at this time
This app is great and has worked since I got it. However, I haven't been able to access my account for the past few days because it says it has encountered an error and will not clear off. I've tried to take the app off and reinstall it and it still does not work.

CCU's new mobile banking app is phenomenal. I love being able to check account balances and transaction histories as well as transfer funds directly from my iPhone. It's extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. This is an app I will use every single day.
