Zelle issues
Most of the time it connects no issues. I do feel like it’s hard to get to the Zelle. You have to click on so many different things to be able to Zelle.

Similar to other banks and credit unions
They changed some of the features. For some reason I can’t set auto transfers from my checking to my savings bi-monthly, which is how I get paid which I remember being able to do in the past. I’ve been trying to increase my savings and I heard that doing a small daily transfer is one of the easiest ways to stick to it. Well this app doesn’t let me do that either.

Canceling scheduled payments
You can’t edit or cancel scheduled payments from the app. After I scheduled my final payoff, it left my scheduled auto payment intact, they’re scheduled for the same day and support is closed. I can’t edit either payment, so they’re probably going to miss Bill me and I’m gonna have to deal with a refund. It’s absolute nonsense that I can’t adjust a payment after it’s been scheduled without the help of a customer service support member on the phone. And even more ridiculous that there’s no unavailable for chat support or over the phone support after 5 PM on Friday. If you have a choice of banking with any other company, I would encourage you to do so.

Grievance
Not very happy with the deductions coming out of my account for excessive withdrawals. I have literally gotten over a $100 taken from my account bc of my activity.
Also, I think it is ridiculous that this firm charges $30 for a stop payment on a debit card.
It would be easier for me to just switch banks than have to pay to have any stop payments initiated. And the biggest kicker is that I should not have to pay to begin with.
