Mail does not get sent

Several emails remain unsent on delivered.
That is a major problem.
Additionally, my emails to Support have not been answered.

I upgraded my phone and sadly none of my groups within this app transferred.

Needs improvement

Fairly user friendly. Cannot send a group text to more than 20 people at a time. Also have to turn off MMS messaging every time if I don’t want it to go out as a group text. Email works better.
