Worst app
I tried to login to the app and it would not notice the email address and password. I lost all of my clients contact.
BE VERY CAREFUL
After saving data for around 18 months using this app which I mistakenly thought was safe to do I found to my horror one morning when I went to open the app that all the data has gone.The customer service is diabolical and the most unhelpful of any service I have encountered in the past. I have been told that the reason for this is because I logged out of the app (I definitely didn’t) which results in losing all the data unless you pay £24.99. Don’t rely on this app if you value your data because you will be disappointed and ignored when you protest

Better than many, still needs work
Maybe I have high expectations but I was hoping there wouldn’t be so many clicks to group contacts into the same company. Also, it breaks down when the company is very, very large (like Google) and has many, many departments. You can’t seem to next departments within departments, they are only one layer deep.
I was also hoping to use it for family mapping but one person can only “report to” one other person, not two people (like two parents). This would also not work for matrixes organizations that have multiple bosses based on different functions.
Finally, there is no place to put unique URLs (that’s weird, people are getting more of their own websites these days) and no place to put a photo of their business card (except as the contact’s photo).
So…three stars as a comprehensive relationship mapping tool.

App crashes
This app crashes when I try to open a hierarchy chart! Please fix

Ok, but...
So the app seems ok, but I didn’t see any benefit to me, so I went to delete my account that I signed up with via email, but it wouldn’t let me delete my account unless I synced with my google account, really? I don’t want to use your app, but I have to give you my google info before leaving?
Good App: More Analytics
I like the visuals. Really helps to see the key project stakeholders. More analytics around who is most influential or the biggest detractor based on their roles number of nodes and other data built into a contact would be great!
Deletes information
Had to add an address field, but every time I closed and reopened the app, the addresses of my contacts disappeared. As I wanted to use it for my business, mailing out customer orders, the address is vital. For just phone and email, it was fine, but not what I needed.
ADR SDR BDR
I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve been using FullContact for years, but was extremely impressed with all the additional features ContactBase has. It’s really nice to use and very easy to navigate. The org chart feature is powerful for ADRs. I can build org charts for the companies I’m prospecting and share them with the account executives I work with. The relationship mapping feature works nicely too, which I can see account execs using in the buying stages of a deal.

Smart app!
This worked really well. The app provides you with the tools to optimise you contact data finding missing meta data. Then with your new clean address book build and share charts and relationship maps. I’ve set my team the challenge to use ContactBase to create a relationship amp for each of their major accounts. Looking forward to see how they got on.

Great address book app
A really useful app for separating your business and personal contacts. Some useful features for creating org charts of companies you work with and relationship maps for important projects.
New and unique contacts organizer
Do you want to have better visibility and control over your business contacts? If yes, you are in the right place. The idea of this app is really unique and innovative, I loved how the relationship maps show the different connections ( political, social,...) between the members of a certain business or project. This app has given me a great understanding of my contacts relationships, and I’m glad I have downloaded it.

Best address book app for business
I’ve been looking for a way to build company charts from my phone and this app didn’t disappoint. Would recommend for account managers.
