Didn’t do anything
I tapped the “Create Backup” button as directed, granted permission, chose “All Contacts”, and … nothing happened. No new backup or archive, no new file created, no error message or log entries, nothing. What now?

This app does not work. You have to have an account to store the backup on a cloud. The flow will take your money off you and then when you try to set up the account it is impossible to do so. You just get a message saying “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”

Doesn’t back-up ALL contacts
I read the reviews and was hopeful this app would back-up/transfer my contacts to my other iPhone. The only thing this app did was allow me to select individual contacts and not ALL contacts. Don’t waste your time with this app.
Not working
I’ve iPhone 11 pro max and around 700 contacts. When selecting few contacts or manually its working but when trying backup all its just remain on the home screen and nothing starting at all. Even manual selection has no select all option. All permission given. Reinstall app reboot phone nothing helped. Its just not working.

‘Backup All’ doesn’t seem to do anything, but if I do a selective backup, it works fine.
