User Manual/Instructions?
I purchased it in hopes of a (simplified) quick reference address book to share with my family. Looks are deceiving. Without a user manual, or instructions I find it completely useless to add anything to my list. Multiple searches for a guide revealed nothing. What should take minutes has turned into a very frustrating endeavor.

Useful but crashes
Very useful program for business users only it crashes regularly. Update please which doesn't crash. Nov 2012 still crash crash crash. Poor

Didn't work very well with Exchange Contacts on iPad
App crashes each time it opens. On re-opening it had 0 contacts shown instead of the hundreds there is...
This also caused all contacts to temporarily disappear from the built-in contacts app. They magically came back after 10 seconds and after re-opening Contacts XT (after it crashed again) it did see the contacts.
Sorting by country didn't look like country to me either...not sure what it's doing..giving up. Where's the money back button?

So unfriendly
This app is not really intuitive with no help or tutorial. And it's so ugly.
Started out good but went south!
In the beginning it worked awesome, synced with MS Office 2010 nicely however after editing my contacts in Outlook and many syncs it no longer sorted by company or country, just city. Sort by company brought up city, sort by country brought up city. If this bug can be fixed it would br a truly great app!

Very fast
Contacts XT is not much to look at, but holy cow, is it fast. Just what I was looking for.

Good Job!!! Great iPhone App; what the default Contacts should be. Contacts are easier to sort/find now and I can now sort them by Company. Excellent support; I had emailed questions to the developer and they were answered quickly and thoroughly.
One thing I would like to see added is a search bar where you can start to type either the first name, last name, or company name and it will list all relevant names as you type (a la BlackBerry). Hopefully we’ll see that in the next update……
