Contacts are not working when deleting for iOS 27
Hi Apple, I’m just wanting to let you know cause I know you read reviews in the App Store. I’m trying to delete a couple old contacts that I have no use for anymore, and when I scroll down to where it says delete contact, I’ll click on it and it’ll come up delete contact. I click on it, the contact will not remove. It will not delete, so and I’m totally blind. I’m using the screen reader. You guys just updated the iOS 27, so apparently you didn’t update this app because I can’t get rid of contacts that I don’t want no more. Thank you. Check on this, please, because it won’t let you remove contacts. I can’t delete none of the old contacts. I have to go through the phone part to delete them. The app itself won’t let me delete contacts out of my contact list. Thank you.

Related name auto default to “mother”
For the most part, it is a fine app. I especially love the search by entering the first initial of the name. Wish the location of the search field wasn’t moved from top to bottom though. I do find it strange and unhelpful that when I want to add a related name the auto-default is mother. I’d suggest a change to 1st option: spouse 2nd: wife/husband, and 3rd option as: son/daughter name. I find adding spouse and/or children’s names are number one reason I add a related name to a contact at all.

Beware contacts combining
Every once in awhile, something between my email/contacts provider and Apple goes wrong and I have to delete the contacts account and re-add so it starts working again. When I do this, some of the people with the same name are combined into one contact. Also, sometimes a contact that’s just the company name and number, is combined with someone who works at that company. I have thousands of contacts and this is a problem. This has been going on for years and I’ve been reporting it for years and Apple won’t fix it.

Great App. Don’t Listen to Any of the Bad Ratings
I don’t know why the app is rated is so low. You can easily manage every person’s phone number you have on the Contacts app. You can text people off of the Contacts app, call people off the Contact’s app. A couple of things you can enter in about the person are their pronouns, their birthday, or their address. So say the person’s name is I dunno, Dave. You can say “Hey Siri, take me to Dave’s house.” And Siri will pull up the directions to Dave’s house. Pretty useful, huh? Don’t listen to any of the bad rating. This app is great for organizing every person’s number you have and lots more that I didn’t mention. Totally recommended.

Crashes on opening in iPad
I can’t get this app to stay open on my iPad. I’ve tried restarting the iPad and the iPad is fairly new.

This app contains all of my relatives. It’s a very interesting app for calling people and finding peoples addresses, overall I agree that this app is a very good and useful edition to the Apple devices.
