Not sure why people like this.
The app is a little confusing when entering addresses for contacts. Also, the only options given for contact photos are silly, cartoon animals, and the 🙂. You can use photos from your phone, but who is going to ask everyone for a photo to put in their phone? It would be nice to maybe have something that is more for adults- like maybe a stethoscope for my doctor, the Bowl of Hygeia for the pharmacist, or use company logos. It never crops photos well, all you can do is zoom into the center of a photo and it always cuts it into a circle. So if what you want is not in the exact center of the photo, you will not really see it in the contact photo.
You have to assign ringtones individually when creating the contacts. There is no setting in the phone. So if you decide to change ringtones for a group, you will have to do it for each individual contact in that group.
I have been across many platforms in the cell phone game. This is probably the least lackluster and the most confusing. True, there really isn’t much difficulty in figuring out a Contacts app. Feedback is a little tricky with Apple, so the app doesn’t change much.

When I first downloaded this app I thought oh okay this is really cool , but when I tried to do it not my friend Emma it did stay as soon as I left the app or left the contact name the images would leave or it wouldn’t save and I have tried so many time so no it doesn’t work don’t add this app

Ok so I’ve been trying to delete a contact but everytime I do click on theirs the screen is blank and when I try to add their name again the entire app crashes and kicks me out every time I try to change just theirs I don’t know what this is about but plz fix it cuz I literally can’t add a contact

Bugs after iOS 26.5 update
After updating my iPhone to iOS 26.5, contacts doesn’t block. They keep automatically unblocking. I’ve been asking Apple to fix this bug for 2 weeks and they never did. I am very disappointed. Please fix this bug immediately. I’m tired of my phone getting scam calls and texts

Hate the look in iOS/OS26
The forced white text on a dark background is killing me. I can’t copy and paste anything out of contacts anymore because it pastes the white font into everywhere else. This is a pain point that makes me want to throw my phone and computer out the window. The usability beyond punching a name to call them is completely gone.

If I try to add a contact on my Mac, I can only add one little field at a time or it crashes. also, if I try to add a group list, it doesn’t allow me to add names. What good is the list without names? Very frustrated with us. It doesn’t seem the quality that Apple should have.
