Still get unknown content
I pay premium and still get sms and spammers calls. And also , when I have calls , no show the person or business names. I’m not happy

I was with you guys when you started this. Then you started charging and I left. Decided to try it again. Leaving again. Didn’t even get thru the “free trial” bc first, can’t even set anything up bc your AI assistant won’t even activate, keeps saying “inactive” despite the $74 charge I was going to be billed for the year. Not a single spam call blocked so how is that a trial? I got nothing. Not a single trial to see how well you are doing. Not a single experience to give it a go. I have a new iPhone that you say you work with. So it isn’t my device. I did the set up and your system said I was good and ready to go yet I can’t even use anything to even do the trial so why would I pay that much without even getting to sample the service during the free trial? A free trial means actually getting to see what your app can do. If you can’t block the spam calls then I am not interested. If it takes an act of god to get set up, again not interested. This used to be my go to app. I am doing better with my free app through my carrier.

Advertised as “checks phone numbers for free”…It forces you set up an account, only to land in a $74.99 screen. Don’t waste your time. False advertising!
