FAQ
What does Truecaller do?

What are the key features of Truecaller?
Key features include automatic identification of spam, fraud, and robocalls before you pick up, the ability to view and search previously identified calls, and a powerful spam call blocker. The Truecaller Assistant offers AI-powered call screening to identify callers and their reasons for calling.
Is Truecaller free to use?
The app offers a free version with core features like caller identification and spam blocking. However, advanced features such as unlimited number lookups, ad removal, and the Truecaller Assistant require a paid subscription, which includes a free trial for new users.
What platforms is Truecaller available on?
The description specifically mentions an all-new Caller ID experience on iPhone with iOS 18.2 and above. The Truecaller Assistant is available in select countries including the US, CA, AU, CL, ZA, SE, and IL, and is supported on all major carriers.
How does the Truecaller Assistant work?
The Truecaller Assistant uses machine learning and speech-to-text technology to answer incoming calls. This helps save time and enhances spam detection.
