I’ve paid yearly premium, no features are working. Add to that no direct support. One might ask what in the blank am I paying for? Phone calls not even updating. Never had caller id work, never saw calls turn a color NOTHING!

No trial period and does nothing
The app immediately charges with no trial capability and I figured out why. It absolutely does not work and blocks no spam calls whatsoever. I guess they make their money on churn and the inability to get a refund.
Deceptive don’t install!
So the app looks great and installation is pretty straightforward but makes you modify settings and complete the install BEFORE TELLING YOU THERE IS A $79 charge.

I like the app, with one exception...I pay for the premium edition, so get rid of the pop up add wanting me to include and pay for a family plan. I do not have family and am TIRED OF this persistent slop.
Appears to be mediocre
For a long time I had a paid sub, the hit miss ratio wasn’t any better than it is with the free version. There are too many aspects of this app that are programmer designed rather than user facilitating. There is a real need for an app like this but it needs critical mass or it will remain overpriced and not useful. If it did what it claimed - it would be priced fine but it’s not there yet. They need a UI designer that is able to tell the programmers to do their job, not an interface which is programmer designed.
The program needs uptake. The devs gave me a dozen reasons for why they charge what they charge but that’s not the point. They need uptake but the model works contrary to that need.

Shocking. Doesn’t filter nothing. Probably floating the ad revenue because no one would pay for this in its current state. At least get your bare basic features right and give us a reason to pay you. The matter of fact is they cannot filter calls on iOS like you can on android they’ll rather lie and take your money saying it does work when it doesn’t

It said free trial but it still charged 12.12 and does not offer what it claims. Not recommended it's a scam. I'm forced to give it a star but it's not worth a star.

Doesn’t work at the time and half the numbers aren’t showing up as anything other than unknown it’s it’s terrible. I end up having to go do the research myself anyway I’m good. I’ll keep my money half the time it doesn’t answer I don’t know when it’s working and when it’s not it’s very unstable
Truecaller must like 1*
Always read the fine print. There is no free version. They get your phone number, and possibly other SENSITIVE info, then make you think you get a free version only to find out on the last page YOU MUST PAY!
Broke voicemail and disconnected calls
I had high hopes for this app and subscribed to the premium mainly for the assistant to screen likely spam calls. While it was satisfying for declined / spam calls, known contacts or someone I didn’t know calling for the first time simply got disconnected instead of getting voicemail or the virtual assistant. My calls are mission critical, and this app’s functionality is buggy at best. I have definite regret paying for the subscription which I promptly cancelled along with deleting my account. This is not ready for business class or even personal use based on my experience.

Downloaded app just to start a week trial to realize it doesn’t do anything
The only thing that keeps me safe
An essential part of my existence is having my Truecaller without this app. I would’ve undoubtedly experienced a lot of of abuse physical mental and emotional thank you Truecaller.
