Still get unknown content
I pay premium and still get sms and spammers calls. And also , when I have calls , no show the person or business names. I’m not happy

I was with you guys when you started this. Then you started charging and I left. Decided to try it again. Leaving again. Didn’t even get thru the “free trial” bc first, can’t even set anything up bc your AI assistant won’t even activate, keeps saying “inactive” despite the $74 charge I was going to be billed for the year. Not a single spam call blocked so how is that a trial? I got nothing. Not a single trial to see how well you are doing. Not a single experience to give it a go. I have a new iPhone that you say you work with. So it isn’t my device. I did the set up and your system said I was good and ready to go yet I can’t even use anything to even do the trial so why would I pay that much without even getting to sample the service during the free trial? A free trial means actually getting to see what your app can do. If you can’t block the spam calls then I am not interested. If it takes an act of god to get set up, again not interested. This used to be my go to app. I am doing better with my free app through my carrier.

Disappointed
For the past year I have been overwhelmed with police spam fundraisers & political spam calls & texts! I have blocked 1500+ numbers, but I still receive both. I understand that robocallers have an almost unlimited amount of numbers in their database.
Truecaller came up repeatedly as the best service to use. Disappointedly, it has been no more effective than a simple Google search. Truecaller provides only the very basic information when I’ve used their reverse lookup feature. The same I get from multiple free services. I honestly wished it helped to reduce or even identify a caller. Just yesterday it identified a national auto parts store as potential spam!

Was interested in what the app is supposed to do. App crash’s and unable to activate AI assistant. Very poor instructions and support.

Don’t bother with this app. They pretend to provide phone number information for free but you have to subscribe and it’s a paid service!!

Most of my customers and friends will not leave messages for me because of this very annoying app. It has a huge effect on keeping my customers because they refuse to deal with it. They just hang up and then email me what they need. For sure I won’t sign up for this again.

Expect you to pay now
No no I will not pay for your app. Deleted. One phone I don’t have to pay for it and the other they expect me to. No no I’m not paying annually when I can download others and pay monthly or not at all
Misses too much
If you get a lot of spam, look elsewhere. I have max settings on and there are still spam calls getting through. I refuse to give them even more money. I won’t be renewing.
