Continuity WFM puts your work schedule in your pocket. Built for public-safety and contact-center teams, the app lets staff and supervisors handle day-to-day workforce tasks from anywhere. For staff: view your weekly schedule with shift times, positions, and locations; request time off and track approvals; post and accept shift swaps; and pick up available overtime. For supervisors: see the full team schedule and drill into any employee; review and approve time-off requests and shift swaps; assign and manage overtime; and stay on top of coverage with at-a-glance dashboards. Continuity WFM connects to your organization's existing Continuity Workforce Management system. A valid account from your employer is required to sign in. Secure sign-in helps keep schedule and staffing data protected.
