Hit or miss

This app for the last two days has not recorded my blood sugar recordings they’re on my machine, but they will not shove up on the app

I’ve been using this app now for around 30 days as this is the app given out my NHS maternity services for gestational diabetes. It syncs with there system live.
Today I went onto the app to record my reading manually but had a message saying my 30 day free trial was up and I can no longer add manual readings in I have to pair my device. I rang my NHS midwife team and they have never had this problem and never heard of this happening!!!! WHY?
