Solves a real problem for business owners
Lots of apps help you scan docs—this isn’t one of those. This app solves a problem for business owners and managers: it keeps track of when to renew or renegotiate contracts with vendors so you don’t get screwed by renewal dates and avoid being locked into deals. It also creates a workflow to keep all those agreements in one place securely while allowing you to manage sharing with your attorney and other execs.
