Great app
Super easy to use and I love that it connects to my watch.
Easy to use
Itβs easy to use. Very clean and simple interface, with graphs and other things tucked away to reduce the clutter.
Unlike other users, I read the developers description of the app which mentions it is limited to 20 contractions before requiring an upgrade to the full version.
You can migrate your data from the free version to the full version with a simple tap in settings.
At first use, I thought there should be a βresetβ data option on the main screen as I was playing around with the app. I then imagined the frustration of a mother in labour accidentally resetting her data.
I think the app is great how it is.

Good app but ads interrupt at very bad times
This app works very well and we used it in preparation of both our children. But I will say one thing: the placement of occasional video ads is INFURIATING. I understand banner ads and small things to pay for a free-ish version, but if you are timing contractions in active labor, you DON'T want to watch a video before proceeding to the next screen.
Designers: Good job on the product and interface. But get a better ad model. Seriously. That's a major UX failure.

Handy
This free app is super easy to use and helpful for timing contractions. It doesn't just average the time in between contractions, but keeps the real data so you can see your progression.
recommended!
easy to use and very helpful during my labour
Ugh
Just promotes paid version
Great app during labour
Perfect to record and look back at data during labour. Easy to use
Flawed and gives inaccurate data
Very hard to get accurate data, since it averages your frequency. It makes inconsistent BH contractions seem like real ones. Information is not set up in a helpful or easy to read way. The charts are very hard to read and relevant info is hard to get ahold of.
Horrible on Apple Watch
Don't bother with this app if you plan on using it on your watch. It lags and doesn't allow you to start or stop timing accurately. Very frustrating when you're trying to time contractions!!
looks great and useful
I find this app useful and nice :-)
This app is evil!
I was using this app to measure my contractions whilst in labour. After a few hours when contractions were stronger and more frequent, a message pinged up in the app saying I'd have to upgrade to the full version if I wanted to measure any more contractions! Taking advantage of ppl at their most vulnerable. Disgusting.

Don't buy this app
No mention that you need to pay to upgrade until u have twenty contractions. Apple should kick these a$$hole$ off the App Store. There is no finer example of price gauging than charging a pregnant woman, IN LABOR, to pay to upgrade
What?!? A dating website
So, not only does it ask you to upgrade after 20 contractions, which happened when my wife was 6 cm dilated and in labor pain, it has advertisements. One of the advertisements on it was for a dating website! There's better options out there, unless when your wife is about to deliver your precious girl you're willing to hit the market. Pretty inappropriate.

Upgrade
After 20 contractions it asks you to upgrade. Kinda annoying when your in the middle of labor! Otherwise I liked the app, it gives options for timing, duration, and even severity.
seems nice...
but I will know after the due date :-)
ANGRY MOM
Ditto to the other reviewers. In the MIDDLE of active labor, it asks me to upgrade and won't start timing the next contraction?! Whomever created this app has obviously never been in labor before. STAY AWAY!!!
Horrible
Really, 20 contractions in your going to tell me I have to start paying. Pretty BAD timing, in labor? This app is awful.
Bad timing on purchase decision
Developers: You really should ask me to upgrade at the END of my 20th contraction instead of the START of my 21st. I wanted to throw my phone at the wall when the message popped up!
User
Only 20 contractions and then they make you pay. That really stinks when you're in labor.
Just bad!
Soon as you get started the app shuts down until you pay for it! Don't bother π‘
