Feeling like super parents
I totally have pregnancy brain right now and could not remember half of what they said in our birth class. Having everything in nest, in little bite sized lessons, has made it so much easier to remember stuff I missed. My husband loves that dads have their own lessons in the app. It’s honestly the only app that’s helped us both feel on the same page before labor.

More than a contraction timer
I’m seriously loving Nest. I got it for me and my hubby, my hubby ended up loving the birth lessons 😂 They’re super simple, short, and kind of addictive. He loved how it talks to dads in a really clear, no-nonsense way, and now we both feel way more prepared for labor. It makes everything feel calm and doable. Totally recọmmend for couples who want to go in as a team.

Timer was easy to use. Both my husband I downloaded this app because of the birth lessons in it. They defs helped me feel more confident going into labour
Great contraction timer
As a dad I found the contraction timer simple enough to use. It has no ads unlike the others on the App Store. What I really enjoyed are the dulingo like birth classes on the app for mums and dads. Great alternative for in person classes
