They claim you own all your data, but will then hold previously created data hostage if you ever downgrade your plan.
They threatened to delete our account and only give us temporary access to our data if we deleted our BBB review.

Easy to use
The app is easy to use, but you have to pay to be able to use it after a couple of times it’s always updating so if you’re gonna be in a rush, you have to update it and it might mess up everything that you had set for preset and have to redo everything again I switched to simply wise instead

Sales over service
I’ve been using Contractor+ for about three years. Any issues were always resolved up until recently, when prices were raised by about double. The focus has now shifted to sales from service. The service was the main differentiator between other competitors. I found this out when I was upgraded to a “trial” and lost all of the features I’ve been using and am now not able to get back my old account status. My website has been down for over two weeks with no response from them so I had to redirect my web address so that it doesn’t look like I’m out of business. At the same time they sent me a bad card reader, charged me sent me a new one and are now attempting to charge me for another that they sent as a replacement. It is truly unfortunate because I like the platform but I can start to see where this company is heading.

I have a small handyman business and use the free version of Contractor+. It is much better than the alternative free softwares. As my business grows I will continue to use it and pay for the upgraded version.
