Why is this still on store
Turtle beach poorly excites everything they do regret buying the controller the app works fine for android but not on iOS the controller doesn’t pair. Even then the app when it is working on the android was very limited in what you could even do and controller hardly shows you any use of the messages

J’ai acheté récemment une manette turtle beach ultra 2 semaines après elle a deja un problème, je demande un remboursement deja très très compliqué de les contacter ensuite j’ai enfin reçu la nouvelle manette mais deux semaines après impossible de connecter la manette ou que ce soit et les applications impossible nn plus grosse arnaque !!!

What’s the point?
This app is 110% useless. It does not update the firmware and anything else’s the app can do , the controller does on its own. My controller randomly disconnects even though it’s hard wired and now today all of a sudden it randomly aims is without me pressing any button. This controller and the app are a failure.

Manette stealth ultra
Pire achat de ma vie ! J’ai fait l’acquisition d’une manette stealth ultra mi mars 2025. Après deux semaines d’utilisation de la manette, la version installée dans la manette n’était plus à jour. J’ai du, après de nombreuses recherches, télécharger l’application sur un pc Windows afin de mettre a jour la manette. Quelle surprise quand j’ai compris que la version de l’application pc n’était elle même plus a jour. Je me retrouve donc à ne plus pouvoir utiliser ma manette qui m’a coûté je le précise 200€. L’application ios est clairement inutile, elle sert uniquement à changer les couleurs de la manette …

For the price of the controller I would have thought the app would be better quality. As soon as it connects it disconnects a second later and doesn’t connect. They need to sort their app out I paid 180 for the controller it’s stupid
Avoid these products
The controller looks very nice but it’s about as useful as this Mickey Mouse app. The TB Stealth Ultra looks nice but lacks with performance and is no way worth the price tag with a lot cheaper better alternatives especially as the Ultra is plagued with connection and power off issues. The £179.99 price tag isn’t justified for this controller that feels cheap, has some flashing lights, a digital screen that doesn’t offer much (gimmick) no rapid fire modes, lack of customisation and manufacturer issues which made it a very easy choice to return for a refund! Look at other options for a gaming controller
