Horrible App
It goes down all the time. The app crashes at the worst of times. For example, today (the day after new years) when the bank is closed…it crashed and there is no support.

Good app but needs to update so you can log in with the same password and user as bank account. I can only sign in by Face ID I can’t use my user name and password

Absolutely awful
Can’t even set it up. Won’t accept online login info on its own. Have to launch this app from the other bank app, and then it will log in… only to require you to put in all your card information. Shouldn’t the bank already have this info? Then it tells me the card info is wrong (yeah, for the card info it supposedly doesn’t have and needs me to put in) and locks me out for 30 minutes so I can’t even get in to do anything with the card. Awful, worthless, garbage…as is most all of the online services from KTVACU. Gonna have to wait until business hours to get someone to fix this so I can deal with card issues that I needed to do on my own, after hours, through this worthless app.

Disappointed
This is horrible. I had to download an app that then has to be used via the original app and now I have to go find my debit card number to use this. The old way to flag the card was far more effective
I lost my card
I lost my card and not only is your customer support line busy but you have me download an extra app just to say I lost my card…….and then expect me to know the full card number in order to mark it as lost.

App does not appear to work with login credentials. Functionality should be part of regular mobile banking app rather than a stand alone experience.

This app is an absolute joke
The concept is amazing, but the execution is an entirely different story. The one and only time I turned my card off, it won’t let me get back into the app to turn it back on. It says it can’t connect to my bank’s server or the app says my correct username and password isn’t correct. It’s been hours and it still won’t let me turn my card back on. I have been stuck on the app for thirty minutes now, waiting for it to “establish a secure server” while using both my home WiFi and my phone data. I deleted and re downloaded the app to see if that helped and it, of course, didn’t.

Its a good idea that was very poorly executed. Mine works but in order for it to work i have to login through the tva app and then it will switch over to the other app. It’s a huge inconvenience. When you try to login on this app it just doesn’t work. It’s disappointing
This app is awful
The app does not work. It is totally counterintuitive to set up. Once you have it set up, and try to login, it locks up, it doesn’t go to where it supposed to go. It doesn’t want to open. It is completely worthless.
Pointless App
Doesn’t do anything because it doesn’t let you log in. Why isn’t this just a feature inside the main app. Waste of time and money!
Poor Design and Implementation
As a KTVACU member I am ashamed of this product. There is no integration with the existing iPhone app. The new app will not accept credentials from the regular KTVACU app or the old Card Valet app. It is time to go back to the drawing board and reconsider any advisement from current IT staff or IT contractors.
