Why even have this?

The whole idea of this app is to allow you to create custom steering wheel controls from your iOS device. You can’t plug in the module to an iPad or iPhone, so why even create this app? Generally we can always use a computer to find the correct DIP switch settings. This app is a waste.

Concept is great but time for update

Re-downloading the app doesn't fix it, but had a heckuva time getting the SWI-CP5 to configure since the iOS 9 update. Kept crashing. Only thing I can think of is iOS 9. Nothing else changed other than head unit brand and iOS version from 8 to 9. Great SWI product (SWI-CP5) but right now the iOS phone app has been buggy. Ordered another for the truck and also to verify this SWI I have now wasn't bad.
