The front page has a white background with the Convo logo, which can be harsh on the eyes when you open the app. Also, the menus have a white background when you interact with the app.

Clean layout, but I am frustrated by the lack of full VCO capabilities. What the heck happened?

I wish I could say good things but the old app was MUCH better. This one keeps freezing :-/ And I would like to be able to select only female voicing interpreters right from the beginning.
Incoming call notification
The incoming call notification pops up for only a second before I can accept or decline the call. Convo is unable to resolve this glitch. I miss the old app, where I never had this issue :(

I love it. It’s quicker. I can see the interpreters more clearly. I love it. Thank you.
Convo call
This app is fantastic for the deaf community. However, I would appreciate it if they could add a feature that allows users to block and screen calls from scammers and do not disturb me. Overall, I really like this app.

Great app. Easy to use. Great upgrades. Love the interpreters because they’re cheerful!
Much better
Huge improvement than the Convo VRS (legacy) app. I can now confidently rely on new app to make calls without worrying about video quality or dropping connection. Love the interpreters and their quality! Truly looking forward to what and how the app improves over time!

Storing their files directly on devices without permission
Invader. Intruder. Storing the data directly in the file on device. None of apps do that but this does. Stop breaking into device . Uninstall immediately.
Older version was better
More technical issues, unable to use multi devices.

No area code for Alaska
I tried to register it but it says that my area code is not available and it wants me to be on the waitlist. Then it abruptly disconnected me before I could enter my name.
Sorenson also has the same problem, there’s no area code for Anchorage in their system.
